Our History
DavisHBC, Inc. started out as a sole proprietorship owned by our father, Michael L. Davis Sr. After many years under his training, we expanded operations and formed Michael L. Davis & Assoc., Inc., better known as MLD, as a corporation in 1995. That company eventually evolved into DavisHBC, Inc. We have provided IOR services on well over $3.3 billion in unadjusted construction dollars throughout southern California. We have an established team in the San Diego area who have close, positive relationships with the OSHPD field staff assigned to that region.
