Lead administrative IOR on the new LDRP. CofO was obtained three months ahead of schedule on the 18,000 SF 12-suite maternity unit that includes an anesthesia room, two C-Section rooms, a nursery, a multi-purpose room and associated support spaces. The 500 SF maternity suites has a home-like feel. Designed by Taylor Design and built as multi-prime with Hoag as Owner Builder. NelsonHPS as project managers and DavisHBC providing the IOR services.
Hoag Hospital Emergency Dept. Expansion, Irvine CA
Administrative Lead IOR for the Benjamin & Carmela Du Emergency Pavilion. The emergency department expansion project included 21 treatment rooms, 2 triage rooms, 4 fast track bays, 1 Cardio room and 1 OB room, ambulance and patient drop-off canopies. Designed by Taylor Design and was a multi-prime effort with Hoag as Owner-Builder. NelsonHPS acting as project management and DavisHBC providing IOR services.
